Effective 31 August 2026 · CoherenIQ
This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for Chexa subscriptions and one-time seat purchases, billed via our payment processor (Razorpay).
Chexa access is licensed per seat, for a 12-month period from the date of purchase — either as a single one-time payment or an auto-renewing yearly subscription. New organizations may start one 15-day free trial before any payment is required.
The 15-day trial is free and requires no payment method. You may cancel at any time during the trial with nothing to refund, since nothing was charged.
A yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each 12-month period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not itself refund the period already paid for (see below).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically end your current paid period — you retain access for the remainder of the 12 months already paid for.
If a payment fails to reflect correctly, was charged twice, or was debited in error, contact us at support@cohereniq.com with your transaction details. We verify these with our payment processor and correct them, typically within 7 business days.
Renewal charges, seat periods already substantially used, and any amount withheld for a Terms violation are not eligible for refund.
Please contact us at support@cohereniq.com before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.
Email support@cohereniq.com with your organization name and transaction reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve eligible refunds within 7 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision. We review this page at least once a year to keep it current with how Chexa actually bills.
